These terms govern your use of WatchBack (watchback.ai). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: marin.bando@gmail.com.

The service

WatchBack monitors the public marketing activity of competitors you choose — ads, organic social, email campaigns and storefronts — and delivers AI-written analysis and recommendations. It is provided "as is"; we work hard on accuracy, but analysis is generated automatically from public data and may contain errors or gaps. It is business information, not professional advice — decisions you make with it are yours.

Trial & billing

• Free trial: 30 days, card required at signup, $0 charged today. The subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Pricing: $297/month, 2 competitors included, plus $47/month per additional competitor. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
• Cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal or by emailing us. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged; cancelling later stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: other than the trial, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us — we're reasonable.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Use the service only for lawful competitive research on brands you legitimately compete with or study.
• Don't resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it to harass anyone or to violate others' rights.

Data sources

Intelligence is compiled from publicly available materials (public ad libraries, public social profiles, public storefronts, and marketing emails sent to subscriber lists). We don't guarantee any particular competitor, channel, or data point will be available or complete.

Intellectual property

The service, its software and design are ours. Your dossiers and reports are yours to use inside your business. Third-party materials shown in dossiers (their ads, posts, product images) belong to their owners and are shown for competitive-research purposes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the intelligence provided.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your watchlist stops running and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and apply from your next billing period.
