WatchBack ("we", "us") operates watchback.ai, a competitor-intelligence service for eCommerce brands. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: marin.bando@gmail.com.
The intelligence we produce is compiled exclusively from publicly available materials: public ad libraries, public social profiles, public storefronts, and marketing emails sent to their subscriber lists. We do not access private accounts or non-public systems.
We do not sell your personal data. Your watchlist and dossiers are private to your account.
Railway (hosting), Vercel (website), Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement), Slack (only if you connect it), and email/scraping infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
Our marketing pages use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working. We also send conversion events server-side via Meta's Conversions API (hashed identifiers only).
We keep account data while your account is active. Email marin.bando@gmail.com to delete your account and personal data; we'll complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/accounting.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us and we'll honour them.
